Team roles
Kavio has one owner per account (the user who signed up — set onAccount.owner_id) plus three workspace-scoped roles that can be assigned to additional members.
Owner is not a role you assign — it’s the account owner (the user who created the account). The owner has full access to every workspace under the account. The owner role cannot be transferred today.
Viewer is read-only. Useful for stakeholders or clients who need visibility into what’s scheduled and how posts performed, without the ability to change anything.

- Log in or create a Kavio account

Changing roles
The account owner and workspace admins can change a member’s role at any time from Settings > Team. Click on the member’s current role to change it.Removing members
